Product Condition and Eligibility for Returns

We want you to feel confident in your purchase, so we offer exchanges or store
credit within 30 days of purchase for products that are unopened,
unused, and in their original packaging. If the product has been opened or
used, we’re happy to offer store credit or an exchange if there was an issue
during shipping or if there was an error with your order.

Melting During Shipping

Our luxurious whipped beef tallow is a natural, high-quality product that may
melt during shipping, especially in warmer weather. To minimize the chances of
melting, we take extra precautions during summer months by freezing each tallow
before shipping and packing it with dry ice. These steps help to keep your
product cool and preserve its premium quality. We still recommend refrigerating
and re-whipping the tallow upon arrival if melting occurs.

Impact of Melting on Quality and Effectiveness

Melting does not compromise the tallow’s luxurious quality in any way. We’ve
designed our product to remain just as effective whether it’s in its whipped
form or if it has melted during shipping. Rest assured that the nourishing
properties remain unchanged. Even if it melts, the tallow will continue to
hydrate and nourish your skin just as intended.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, we’re truly
sorry for the mix-up! Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving
your order, and we’ll gladly arrange for a replacement or store credit.

Exchange & Store Credit Process

To make exchanging an item or receiving store credit as easy as possible,
please follow these simple steps: Contact us at
eap_acres@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for the exchange/store
credit request. Once we approve your return, just send it back to us within 14
days. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can’t be
responsible for items lost during return shipping. We will issue store credit
once the return is processed, or an exchange will be sent if requested.

Non-Refundable Items

Opened and used products are non-refundable, unless damaged during shipping.

whether this product is suitable for your health needs. Please review all ingredients on any product before use and discontinue use if any negative side effects occur.

Honey Warning: Some of our products may contain honey. Do not use honey-containing
products on infants under 12 months of age due to the risk of botulism.
Always consult your pediatrician before using any new products on babies or
